Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Going ok @Adge
Ensuring that I am taking time to be grateful this evening.

Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Yes @Former-Member I've been working on thinking of things to be grateful for.

Apparently feeling grateful is supposedly really good for us (health & mind)...

I picked it up from the iRest program (book), where it suggests that I try to think of something to be grateful for (every day).

Even Tony Robbins in his personal power CD's (20 years ago), used to say how important gratitude is.

Unfortunately I usually think of all the major losses (over the past few years) first, now it's not coming easily...

Not as good as the taste.com pic but not bad for a first attempt. Tasted good anyway 😆

@Adge
I genuinely do have a lot to be thankful for and I do not want to lose sight of that.
