I can definitely see the potential benefits @Former-Member,
I was contemplating having lunch early but then it would be a longer wait until dinner time lol.
It is a perfect time to make changes coming into a study break and reduced commitments. (Can't use lack of time as an excuse).

I had plannded to get up and go for a walk every hour or so but it have been in front of this computer for at least 5 hours. Well past time to go for a walk I think. I find it so easy to get engrossed in my work and loose track of time.

Well I am pleased to say I managed to stick to the diet plan today ☺ I only had 1 coffee, no sugar and water only between meals. I will be taking some herbal tea with me tomorrow though .
I even managed to resist the usual shopping night treats (lollies and chocolate) tonight 😁
I have discovered that between 3 and 4 hours after the last meal is the hardest with cravings.

I got a Red weather alert for my area, a few hours ago.
It's been raining a bit for the past few hours, just a bit.
Now it's really started, strong winds 80 to 100km per hour (they said), & heavy rain.
I can hear the wind alright.
I don't think Jelly cat will be wanting to go outside right now...
