I stocked up on my favourite brand of (Avalanche) chai latte at my last shopping trip. Can only buy it at IGA, as its not stocked at coles or woolies. I am about to put the kettle on now that dinner is out of the way. And would welcome some company as its been a difficult couple of days for me here.

I'm a Swans supporter @Former-Member  and their match finished half an hour ago. They lost to Geelong. My nrl team Raiders have just started, but its not on tele. I think The Crows game against Melb Demons is due to commence now. Hope they win for Mr D's bros.

AFL on at our place Fri & Sat pm no matter who is playing @Former-Member. How is Holly? Our Missy is hogging the recliner closest to the heater.

@Former-Member  Holly is all snuggled up in her favourite tiger blanket. In the prime spot alongside the fire. She really feels the cold, poor baby.

I would watch footy now too, but hubby is on the rampage, so I have sought refuge in another room. This tele doesnt have foxtel, and no digital chanels either.  But its safer here.

Yikes  @Former-Member  trust you are keeping warm.enough. I have headed to bed and the warmth of the electric blanket. Will try and get through a few Sudoku puzzles to try and keep the grey matter a work out.

Yes Im warm enough @Former-Member ... thanks. Its the steroids he's on for encephalitis, makes him more volatile. And I made him angry. I'm ok though. I love doing sudoku too.

Wondered if it was the 'roid rage @Former-Member . When Mr D had some surgery the bloke in the room next door was giving every one curry,  visitors and staff.  Everyone made him angry
