@Smc mum in law has been my rock in so many ways.
She accepted my sister and I into their family long before darling and I were an item when we were living away from home at university. Since being married she has always been their for me through all of our ups and downs.
Glad to hear things are stable for your daughter and thinking of you as you process things with parents also.

@Eja I support my wife (aka my darling) who lives with BPD, here is a thread where I talk about the ups and downs in the life of our family, I share her not only to 'unlaod' when things are getting on top of me but also in the hope that it may be a source of encouragement to others experiencing similar challanges, it is always helpful to know we are not alone. (Well it is for me anyway). Happy to lend an ear and support where I can. I trust you can find the support you need here on the forum,

Thanks @Former-Member, community wrap was a pleasant supprise,
Just hanging on at the moment. One would think that I would be relieved now that assessment is over. Giving myself a couple of days to be lazy then into some serious exercise.

Exercise is a good priority to have @Determined - going to be hot today so take it easy. A cooler change coming so that should be beneficial. Cycling and walking???
