Hi guys,

Sorry to hear you are having pain Shaz. I hope you feel better soon.

I went to the doctor today to get a referral to a dietician today. Going to make an appointment for May as I have too many things to pay for this month already.

Usually means I'm low on dopamine @Shaz51 so I will try to find ways to stim, get some exercise, or have a snack or a cup of tea or something. Or ya know, end up playing a video game for 8 hours without realising I am hungry and need the bathroom 🤣
