Hi @TAB @Shaz51 

I did a Yoga Class whilst here in hospital today. Plus a Mindfulness class.

I've been doing 2 hours worth of classes here in Hospital- every day, for the past 3 days at least.

Today was my 6th day in hospital.

Monday 4th December will be my 9th day in hospital.

My 3rd Medical Review will be Monday morning - Then, as long as there are no more Glitches, Discharge & i get to go home.....

and hope it all goes okay for you with the review.

That's a fair while to be away from home, even if hospitals do seems to have their own rhythms and routines .. like tea trolley and ordering meals etc lol..
