This hapens to me all the time. Feeling stuck, unable to move- overwhelmed. Like now, I feel anxious. Ive seized up like a motor that just cant keep going

.Why cant I get off my rear end and do what I need to do.I guess it comes back to fear. But fear of what?Fear of failure? fear of not coping with the situation?Fear of moving forward?Fear of my emotions? Ive now got the shakes, so whats that about? Am I edging closer to something?

Every day is a challenge, and I guess most people on this forum find life a daily challenge some way or I another

I know fear has been a major part of my life.Ive had success in managing my fear at different times in my life.Overcoming agoraphobia.managing my social phobia to a better level. Its still a work in progress.

Recently, I've become stuck again. Now I know impartly why, but I don't know how to come unstuck, how to get rid of the fear. Ive taken all the precautions I can to feel safe at home at night.(recently intruder's around the house)Cant get rid of the childhood memories.

As I said to start with this happens all the time, not just after this incident. I don't have any answers and somehow I think there is no easy solution

I'm sorry for what you're going through, I know how hard it is being stuck &unable to move, what makes it worse is not knowing what your actually fearful of.
