The dog barking next door 

the sound of that music coming from down the street 

I cant handle anymore noise in brain EVERYONE SHUT UP 

everyone just leave me alone for a minute i feel so tense 

my hands feel all tense

Im mad because i cant hear myself think clearly

I’m increasingly triggered by noises. It’s always been a bit of an issue but getting so much worse - tapping, scraping plates, the click of texting on a phone that someone can’t put on silent, and chewing with a mouth open. Makes me want to scream!
