 @Faith-and-Hope You and I are in different situations and had different backgrounds.  Dont take validation of my experience as an opinion of what I think is right for you.  I dont have a strong opinion.  I am sad you and your family are suffering.  We all want a miracle cure, but ... just take care.

Whichever way our situation goes, and it could go any which way yet, it will likely still take some time .... hence “taking on a carer for the carer” ....  I have an apt to start with a new therapist next week.  

Veeeerry interestingly, mr.f&h has suggested that S1 takes on a “carer for the carer” in his own situation, as his wife is still so unwell with her MI ..... yet can’t see it in himself .... God love him.
