Definatly hot choc weather here at the moment. Not looking promising to get the boat out again for our boys before school resumes.  Wet and windy. 

Trying.g to wind up atm to get the indoor cycle trainer set up for a workout as it is too wet and cold out.

Warm sunny day here and I am feeling like a wilted petal flaking on the sofa with the air-conditioning on (32° forecast). 

Iced coffee  = yes please 😁.

I was too hot to sleep last night - So I had a Choc-Coated Vanilla Icecream (on Stick), in the middle of the night.

Then I finally got to sleep.
