Is it just because I’m not wanted? Or is it too hard and I’m not worth worrying about? If that’s what it is I can just leave if you want, so you don’t have to bother with me anymore.

@Captain24 I'm so sorry that this issue is still going on, and saddened to hear that it's making you feel unwanted. We absolutely want you here, and connecting with you on here is never a bother. 

 

To help you understand why it might be so hard to resolve I've been told by our IT team that they don't have direct access to the outgoing email outbox, so to access it they need to work with the company who hosts our forums through their program, and this really slows down the process. I don't want this to feel like an excuse, I just want you to know what is likely going on behind the scenes.

It's really important that we get this resolved for you and I can check where we're at with this today. Just to double check and to speed things up when I talk to IT, have you reported this as a technical issue?

It’s a technical they can’t fix doesn’t mean anything personal loads of people have already tried how does that translate to not worth it
You get plenty of attention it’s not like they are doing it to hurt you

Yes I have @Ru-bee 3 times now but with no response. I’ve just re-logged it.

I thought so @Captain24 that's very frustrating, I'm going to try to get an update for you. It might not be today, but I have already started asking around so hopefully we'll be able to get some more insight into what's going on soon. I'll keep you posted

Thank you. @Ru-bee. At least someone is trying to help. Logging is not working. It’s affecting me a lot and I’m in a really bad way all ready. It’s like I lose connection with others.
