How has your day off been? Did you get some good rest after last night's shift?

I’ve pretty much slept from 9 til just recently. I still want to be in bed though. @Ru-bee. The shift was ok I guess. 

I didn’t hear my alarm go off to wake me and I didn’t hear my weekly food delivery. I do vaguely remember Jett barking bug I just rolled over. I did take extra sleep meds though.

I’m thinking about going back to bed @Ru-bee. I don’t want to see any more of today. I don’t think it will end well. 

My frozen stuff was still frozen and the fridge stuff still felt chilled. I chucked it in the fridge anyway.

I've been having a slow day, but I'm about to log off and go for a walk because the sun has finally come out and I think it'll give me a boost.

I’m sorry I’ve been a bad friend @Snowie. I’ve got a lot going on but that is no excuse and no email notifications aren't helping either. 

I’ve just taken a sleeping tablet and I’m going back to bed. I just had lunch with my bestie and she is in a really bad way and now I’m feeling it even more. She wants me to go out to her place over the weekend but I just can’t. I feel bad but I can’t take her stuff in board when mine is so bad.
