I was planning to walk to work this morning but at 5.30 another 5 mins turned into an hour before I opened my eyes again so I had to drive to make it on time.

Am walking the hound most days, Mr Darcy does not like it if she misses her daily stroll. Don't think it has made a difference to my weight and would still likely be classified as unfit but am finding the walking a little bit easier now.
